As a Med Surg RN, you’ll manage adults with a spectrum of medical conditions, performing assessments, monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration. You’ll develop and adjust care plans with the team, provide patient and family education, participate in discharge planning, and support safe transitions. There are growth opportunities within the Med Surg specialty, including potential preceptorship, leadership paths on future contracts, and continued clinical education. Compensation includes a weekly pay range of $2,275-$2,385, with 38 hours guaranteed and a multi‑week duration beginning 03/10/2026. The program includes a bonus, housing assistance, and options to extend the contract. A dedicated 24/7 support team is available to assist you while traveling, ensuring smooth onboarding, housing logistics, and access to clinical guidance whenever needed.
