Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with Physical Therapists to perform patient assessments, assist with treatment planning, execute therapeutic interventions (therapeutic exercise, gait and transfer training, balance activities, ROM, manual therapy as permitted, modalities), monitor patient progress, document care plans and outcomes in the chart, ensure patient safety and equipment readiness, participate in discharge planning and caregiver education, and help patients apply strategies to daily life and home exercise programs.
