Lacey combines the charm of a thriving community with convenient access to the natural splendor of the Pacific Northwest—from the pristine waters of Puget Sound to the evergreen foothills and nearby national parks. You’ll enjoy modern amenities, excellent schools, and a welcoming, family-friendly vibe, all while working in a locale that values healthcare excellence. In this role, you will lead comprehensive speech-language pathology services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate communication and swallowing disorders, formulate individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress to optimize outcomes. Your responsibilities will include bedside and clinic-based evaluations, instrumental assessments when appropriate, documentation that meets regulatory standards, and ongoing communication with families, caregivers, and educators. You’ll advocate for evidence-based practices, tailor goals to each patient’s development and daily functioning, and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives. The position supports professional growth within the SLP specialty—whether you’re expanding into pediatric or adult populations, exploring augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies, or deepening your expertise in swallowing therapy and neurogenic communication disorders. Expect a collaborative environment that values your clinical judgment and encourages ongoing learning, with access to mentorship, case conferences, and opportunities to pursue relevant continuing education.

This travel assignment comes with compelling, competitive benefits designed to support you throughout your journey. In addition to an attractive weekly pay range of $1,785 to $1,830, you’ll have access to a meaningful sign-on bonus designed to recognize your expertise from day one. Housing assistance is provided to ease relocation and living arrangements, with options for housing stipends or company-facilitated accommodations to suit your preferences. The role also offers extension opportunities—if you enjoy your assignment and the facility sees your impact, you’ll have the chance to extend your contract, broadening your exposure to different populations and care models while maintaining continuity of care for patients. To ensure you never feel alone on the road, you’ll benefit from 24/7 support while traveling with the company, including travel specialists ready to assist with logistics, scheduling, housing, and any on-site needs. This robust support network is designed to remove barriers so you can focus on clinical excellence and meaningful patient interactions.
