Role specifics and benefits: As part of our long-term care nursing team, you will deliver direct, compassionate patient care to residents with chronic conditions, frailty, and post-acute needs. Your responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per facility policy, monitoring vital signs, performing routine assessments, documenting clinical observations, contributing to individualized care plans, and collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, social workers, and therapy teams. You’ll support wound care, daily living activities, fall prevention, and palliative considerations, while mentoring certified nursing assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care. This role offers clear pathways for professional growth within the long-term care specialty, including opportunities to pursue LTC certifications, assume charge or lead roles as you gain experience, and participate in cross-training that broadens your clinical horizon. Competitive compensation includes a weekly pay range of $1,879–$1,998, with a potential signing or performance bonus where applicable, and relocation or housing assistance for eligible placements. Contracts provide extension opportunities based on unit needs and personal performance, with guaranteed 40 hours per week to support financial stability and work–life balance. In addition, you’ll have access to comprehensive support services, including 24/7 assistance while traveling with the company, a dedicated travel coordination team, on-site onboarding, and ongoing clinician support through a broad national network. Housing assistance or stipends are available when eligible, and travel or licensure costs may be reimbursed to help you focus on resident care and professional development.
