💰 Weekly Pay Package

• $2,250/week (36 hours)
• Flexible shifts: Mix of 8/10/12-hour rotating shifts

📋 Assignment Details

• Location: Chronic outpatient dialysis centers in:
  • Rutland, VT: 160 Allen St., Rutland, VT 05701
  • Berlin, VT: 130 Fisher Rd., Barre, VT 05602 (occasional Saturday shifts required)
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday required
  • No on-call shifts!

🌟 Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused care to chronic outpatient dialysis patients (1:9 ratio).
• Monitor dialysis treatments, assess patient vitals, and ensure safe, high-quality care practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR (recent experience required).

📋 Requirements

• Certifications:
  • BLS (required)
• Experience:
  • Prior dialysis nursing experience strongly preferred
  • EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
• Documentation:
  • Complete work history, including bed count, EMR used, facility type, and any gaps over 30 days explained

🚦 Additional Notes

• Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (no public transportation available).
• Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires from November to April.
• No block schedules permitted.
