Documentation will be precise and timely in electronic medical records, with emphasis on patient safety, isolation precautions when needed, and infection control. You’ll have the chance to grow professionally within the specialty through mentorship, onboard training, and pathways to leadership roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, or specialty certification tracks.
