As an IR Travel RN, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting interventional radiology procedures—from pre-procedure assessments and sterile technique to post-procedure monitoring and comprehensive patient education. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and nursing teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and smooth procedure flow. You’ll manage documentation, assist with imaging-guided interventions, and participate in post-procedure care, pain management, and recovery protocols. This position emphasizes critical thinking, precise skill application, and compassionate, patient-centered communication. You’ll have the chance to expand your proficiency with a diverse caseload, exposure to cutting-edge IR techniques, and opportunities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This opportunity includes a competitive compensation package, with weekly pay in the range of $2,933 to $3,063, and guaranteed hours of 40 per week. There are extension opportunities for continued contracts, allowing you to deepen your expertise in IR while aligning with your personal and professional plans.
