Key responsibilities include delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, administering medications safely, monitoring vital signs, managing wounds and transfers, and assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity. You’ll contribute to care planning sessions, document accurately, and communicate changes in condition promptly to the care team.
