Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia, where your clinical expertise will empower individuals across diverse communities to communicate with confidence, swallow safely, and participate fully in daily life. This dynamic opportunity blends clinical excellence with the spirit of adventure, inviting you to assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing needs. You’ll design and implement evidence-based intervention plans, monitor progress with precise data, and collaborate closely with families, teachers, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams. With a commitment to 35 guaranteed hours per week and the flexibility of multi-week assignments, you can make a lasting impact while enjoying a rewarding travel experience. The Start Date is 12/15/2025, and the role offers a competitive weekly pay range of $1,861-$1,923, with additional opportunities to extend based on performance and service demand. This position is built for clinicians who thrive on variety, challenge, and meaningful outcomes, and who are prepared to bring proactive, compassionate care to every session.
Georgia’s appeal goes beyond professional fulfillment. The state offers a rich tapestry of landscapes, cultures, and experiences that invite exploration. On the coast, you’ll encounter charming historic towns, lively seafood scenes, and serene beaches; in the foothills of the Blue Ridge, you’ll find scenic trails and cozy mountain towns perfect for downtime. The Golden Isles and coastal plains provide coastal charm, while Atlanta’s vibrant arts, dining, and innovation scenes showcase modern Southern energy. Georgia’s hospitality, festivals, and diverse communities create an environment where your clinical insights are welcomed, and your personal growth is cultivated. For those who crave variety, the opportunity to travel to other U.S. locations is also available, enriching your professional perspective while maintaining the Georgia base as your home of record.
Location benefits are meaningful and practical. Working in Georgia means access to a broad patient mix across urban and rural settings, pediatric and adult populations, schools, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. You’ll gain exposure to a range of etiologies and service delivery models, strengthening evaluation skills, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role’s travel component supports professional flexibility, ongoing licensure and credentialing support, and the chance to experience healthcare systems from coast to coast. You’ll also benefit from a supportive framework designed for travel clinicians, with local orientation, scheduling predictability, and the option to extend assignments to deepen expertise in a preferred setting or population.
Role specifics and benefits are designed to optimize growth and stability. Your responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills; articulation and phonology therapy; language development for pediatric and adult clients; voice therapy; fluency shaping and modification; AAC assessment and implementation; and feeding/swallowing interventions when applicable. You’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and track progress with rigorous documentation and outcome data. You’ll coach families and caregivers to apply strategies at home and in school, collaborate with educators, physicians, and other therapists, and supervise support staff as appropriate. The role offers clear avenues for professional advancement: broaden your clinical repertoire across multiple sites, engage in ongoing education and specialty training, and access mentorship that supports credentialing and leadership opportunities. In addition to competitive compensation, the package includes a sign-on bonus, housing assistance or stipend to ease relocation, and the potential for contract extensions based on performance and staffing needs. The program emphasizes robust support, including a dedicated travel team on call 24/7 to assist with scheduling, licensing, housing, transportation, and on-site needs, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Company values center on empowering clinicians and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and wellbeing. We are committed to your career trajectory, recognizing your expertise, and providing a clear path toward advanced practice and leadership. Our environment champions mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a supportive peer network, so you can advance confidently while maintaining balance in your personal life.
