Starting on 02/09/2026 for a multi‑week assignment, you will join a dedicated team committed to excellence in imaging, patient experience, and continuous learning. Imagine the satisfaction of delivering clear, lifesaving images while surrounded by the island’s rhythms—sunset hues over turquoise bays, the scent of plumeria, and the chance to explore beaches, lava fields, and lush forests during your downtime. In addition to Hawaii, you’ll have the opportunity to serve in diverse U.S. locations through our travel program, broadening your impact, expanding your clinical perspective, and enriching your professional journey across different communities and settings.

Working in Kealakekua offers a balanced lifestyle that supports professional focus and personal well‑being. The region’s pristine beaches, abundant outdoor recreation, and a rich cultural heritage provide a restorative backdrop for your demanding role. Kealakekua Bay’s crystal waters and coastal trails invite weekend adventures, while the island’s storied coffee farms, volcanic landscapes, and historic towns offer a sense of discovery that complements your clinical expertise. In this role, you’ll perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound exams across multiple body systems, prepare patients, select appropriate transducers, optimize machine settings, capture and interpret images, and document findings for radiologist review. You’ll coordinate with technologists, nurses, and physicians to manage patient flow, ensure safety protocols, and deliver timely, accurate results that drive patient care. The position offers pathways for professional growth within ultrasound, including exposure to advanced techniques, continuing education credits, and opportunities to mentor newer staff or assume leadership responsibilities as you expand your skill set. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive package designed to recognize expertise and dedication: competitive weekly pay of 2,136‑2,267, a potential signing bonus and performance incentives, housing assistance to ease relocation, and clear extension opportunities on successful assignments. You’ll receive robust support, including 24/7 assistance from our dedicated travel team, credentialing and onboarding assistance, and seamless IT and clinical support to keep you focused on patient care. While the assignment is described as multi‑week, there is flexibility in duration and schedule, and precise hours as well as final compensation will be confirmed during the hiring process. This role also offers cross‑training in related imaging modalities, enabling you to broaden your scope and enhance your marketability in radiology.
