Role Specifics and Benefits: As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality, consistent care under licensed supervision, focused on improving residents’ daily living and health outcomes. Key responsibilities include gathering assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with state and facility policies, observing for changes in condition, and promptly reporting to the supervising RN or physician.
