Quakertown, PA
Contracted
Quakertown Center
Mid Level
Step into a rewarding role as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, where every shift is an opportunity to shape residents’ lives with your skill, compassion, and steady presence. This travel assignment in Pennsylvania’s Quakertown region invites you to channel your hands-on expertise into work that honors dignity, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the wider care team to craft individualized plans that reflect each resident’s goals and preferences, while sharpening your clinical judgment across a spectrum of chronic conditions. Envision a schedule that respects your pace, a supportive network behind you, and a community that values the essential difference you make. And beyond the care floor, Pennsylvania’s landscapes—rolling farmland, charming towns, state parks, and vibrant small cities—offer inviting weekend escapes and moments of renewal between shifts.

Quakertown blends small-town warmth with easy access to regional culture and outdoor recreation. Located in Bucks County, it puts you within reach of Philadelphia’s arts and history while staying close to parks, trails, and family-friendly amenities. As part of our nationwide network, you may be assigned to facilities across the United States, gaining exposure to diverse patient populations, care models, and team dynamics. This flexibility brings practical advantages too: support for housing, predictable assignments, and the stability of guaranteed hours to help you organize your life around work. You’ll experience the benefits of a welcoming community and the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships while you travel.

On the clinical front, you’ll perform essential duties: administering medications and treatments per care plans, monitoring vital signs, and recognizing early changes in residents’ conditions; providing daily living assistance, hygiene, mobility support, and skilled wound care; coordinating with RNs, physicians, physical and occupational therapists to update care plans; documenting progress accurately in MARs and electronic records; upholding infection control, safety, and comfort; and contributing to restorative and comfort-focused interventions that improve quality of life. This role offers meaningful growth within long-term care: you’ll deepen competencies in chronic disease management, palliative approaches, behavioral support, and restorative nursing, with pathways to additional certifications and expanded responsibilities. The compensation package includes a competitive weekly pay range of $1,154-$1,198, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. We provide housing assistance and a variety of extension options to keep you in the network if you wish to continue. In addition, you can earn a bonus based on performance or tenure as part of our total rewards program. You’ll travel with access to 24/7 support from dedicated travel coordinators and clinical leaders who are ready to assist, troubleshoot, and safeguard your well-being as you move between facilities. Start date is 01/02/2026, and the initial contract will run for several weeks with possible extensions; final details are confirmed during onboarding.
