Whether you stay local in Montana or rotate to other regions, you’ll expand your clinical repertoire and build a robust professional network.
Role specifics and benefits: as an ICU RN, your responsibilities include continuous patient monitoring, advanced life support, ventilator management, invasive catheter care, hemodynamic assessment, sepsis and shock management, medication titration, and participation in rounds and family conferences. You’ll implement evidence-based protocols, ensure pressure injury prevention, credentialing compliance, and accurate documentation. The role supports growth through specialty trainings, certification sponsorships, and pathways to leadership roles within critical care. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and opportunities to extend the contract for ongoing assignments. You’ll be guaranteed 36 hours per week, with weekly pay in the range of 1,495 to 1,589 dollars, reflecting the demanding but rewarding nature of ICU work. Start on December 18, 2025, for a contract lasting several weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs.
