Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive labor, delivery, and immediate postnatal care as a skilled RN, including continuous fetal monitoring, cervical assessments, pain management, and timely escalation of obstetric concerns. Lead and support evidence-based labor support practices, assist with cesarean deliveries when needed, and participate in newborn assessment, resuscitation readiness, and postpartum education. Document thoroughly in electronic health records, coordinate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and pediatric teams, and uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards.
