As a Respiratory Therapist on this assignment, you will perform comprehensive respiratory care: conducting patient assessments, initiating and adjusting therapy, managing ventilator support and weaning, delivering aerosolized medications, performing chest physiotherapy, and coordinating with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize care plans. You’ll actively participate in rounds, document precisely in electronic health records, monitor ABGs and waveform data, and ensure equipment readiness with rigorous infection control.
