Your primary responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait and balance training, pain modulation strategies, and progression of home exercise programs. You will document outcomes in electronic medical records, communicate with physicians and care teams, educate patients and families, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
