Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Polysomnographer in Grand Junction, Colorado, where precision in sleep science meets the majesty of the Rocky Mountain West. This is more than a job—it’s a meaningful opportunity to influence patients’ lives by delivering accurate, compassionate sleep assessments that pave the way for restorative nights and healthier futures. Begin on March 16, 2026 and step into a role that blends clinical expertise with everyday impact. Here, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that respects your skill, curiosity, and commitment to patient care. Beyond the lab, Colorado reveals its splendor: red rock mesas framing the Colorado National Monument, the crystal-clear rivers of the Grand Valley, and endless outdoor adventures just a short drive away. Grand Junction offers a welcoming community, robust healthcare resources, and convenient access to weekend escapes into the surrounding mountains and high country. It’s a place where your technical mastery in polysomnography aligns with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues while enjoying a quality of life that only the Colorado sun and landscape can provide.

Location benefits extend well beyond a single city. While your primary assignment will be in Grand Junction, there is the possibility to collaborate with partners across diverse locations throughout the United States. This means exposure to a broad spectrum of sleep disorders, varied patient populations, and a chance to broaden your professional perspective through inter-facility collaboration and on-site learning. The region’s climate encourages year-round outdoor activity, from canyon hikes to river recreation, which complements a work-life balance that supports your well-being and career longevity. Working in this area means you can enjoy a supportive, close-knit medical community that values your contributions, while the broader network of travel-friendly opportunities invites you to experience new clinics, new equipment setups, and new clinical challenges—always with the aim of elevating patient outcomes and your own professional growth.

Role specifics and benefits. As a Polysomnographer, you’ll lead the critical process of nocturnal sleep study setup, monitoring, and analysis. Responsibilities include preparing and calibrating PSG equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, supervising the recording of brain activity, eye movements, muscle tone, heart rate, oxygenation, and respiratory effort, and initiating and conducting CPAP or PAP titration when indicated. You’ll score sleep stages, detect sleep-disordered breathing events, and maintain meticulous documentation for physicians and sleep medicine teams. Collaboration is central: you’ll communicate findings with physicians, participate in quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing refinement of testing protocols. The role offers clear pathways for professional advancement, including opportunities to pursue certification emphasis in polysomnography, neurodiagnostic technologist competencies, or specialty areas that expand your scope and salary trajectory. You’ll enjoy a competitive benefits package that includes a performance-based bonus potential, housing assistance to ease relocation or travel logistics, and the chance to extend your contract based on mutual fit and clinical demand. This position also guarantees 32.0 hours per week, with a competitive weekly pay range of $1,527–$1,630, acknowledging the value you bring to patient care and team performance. To support you on the road, the company provides comprehensive 24/7 travel assistance and a robust on-call support network, ensuring you’re never alone when you need guidance, troubleshooting, or clinical backup while you’re away from home base.

We’re not just filling a role—we’re inviting you to join a company that puts its people first. Our values center on empowerment, continuous learning, and a supportive work environment that prioritizes your professional development as much as patient outcomes. You’ll find mentorship from seasoned sleep medicine professionals, structured opportunities to expand your clinical toolkit, and a culture that recognizes and rewards initiative, compassion, and expertise. The organization is committed to helping you grow into a leadership role within the polysomnography specialty or related neurodiagnostic services, with clear pathways for advancement, ongoing education support, and a collaborative atmosphere where every team member is valued as an essential contributor to the patient journey.
