The PCU role centers on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients who require close monitoring and skilled interventions—often those who are transitioning from ICU-level care or who require intensified observation after procedures. You’ll perform ongoing hemodynamic monitoring, interpret telemetry, administer medications with precision, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your duties will include care coordination, timely documentation, patient and family education, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
