Embark on a transformative journey as a Speech Language Pathologist in Lenox, Massachusetts, where your clinical expertise will unlock clearer communication, brighter futures, and deeper connections for patients across the life span. This dynamic assignment starts on December 22, 2025 and runs for Weeks, offering a unique blend of professional impact, ongoing mentorship, and the chance to broaden your practice across varied clinical settings. As you embrace this opportunity, picture yourself not only delivering evidence-based care but also shaping the everyday lives of children, adults, and families who rely on your expertise. Lenox sits in the heart of the western Massachusetts Berkshires, a locale renowned for its cultural vibrancy, outdoor recreation, and welcoming communities. Working here combines the rewards of a close-knit town with access to top-tier amenities, culinary delights, and year-round activities—from hiking and fall foliage to music festivals at nearby venues. The position also provides the flexibility to work in additional locations across the United States, enabling you to broaden clinical exposure, collaborate with diverse teams, and experience different care models while maintaining a steady guaranteed schedule. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments; developing and implementing individualized therapy plans; delivering targeted interventions across pediatric and adult populations; and monitoring progress to refine goals. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, provide caregiver and family education, and participate in discharge planning to ensure durable outcomes. Documentation will reflect evidence-based practice and compliant charting, with opportunities to advance specialty skills in AAC, motor speech, aphasia, or feeding therapy as caseloads permit. The role supports ongoing professional development through internal training, external CE opportunities, and exposure to a spectrum of clinical presentations that enhance diagnostic acumen and treatment versatility. Competitive benefits accompany the assignment, including a bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities, ensuring you feel valued for your contributions over time. You’ll also enjoy comprehensive support, including 24/7 assistance while traveling with the company, travel coordination, recruiting resources, and a dedicated clinical liaison to address questions or concerns at any hour. Compensation includes a weekly pay range of $2,456 to $2,578, with guaranteed hours of 35.0 per week, providing both financial stability and predictability as you plan your clinical and personal commitments.
Our organization recognizes that great care comes from empowered clinicians. This role offers a path to deepen expertise across speech-language pathology domains while maintaining the flexibility to encounter diverse patient populations and settings. You’ll have opportunities to expand your practice in areas such as AAC implementation, aphasia rehabilitation, and pediatric feeding therapy, supported by structured mentorship and access to continuing education. By joining, you participate in a mission to elevate patient outcomes while nurturing your own career trajectory through structured advancement opportunities and a supportive, inclusive workplace.
