Embark on a dynamic travel assignment as a Surgical Tech in Bozeman, Montana, where your precision, teamwork, and steady hands help ensure safe, efficient surgeries across a busy operating room schedule. In this role, you’ll be a vital member of the surgical team, partnering with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia professionals to maintain sterile technique, prepare implants and instruments, and support patient-centered care from pre-op through post-anesthesia recovery. The opportunity is designed for professionals who value growth, adventure, and a meaningful daily impact—allowing you to shape patient outcomes while exploring a region known for its rugged beauty and boundless outdoor opportunities.

Montana’s beauty is not just a backdrop; it’s part of your everyday experience. In your downtime, you’ll discover wide-open skies and rugged landscapes that invite exploration. From the snow-dusted peaks of the Bridger and Gallatin Ranges to flowing rivers, grassy plains, and world-class outdoor recreation, Montana offers a stage for hiking, fishing, skiing, and photography. The state’s charm becomes a source of energy and balance as you rebuild and recharge between cases.

Bozeman location benefits include a thriving, family-friendly community with a growing hospital network, robust outdoor recreation, and a strong commitment to education and innovation in patient care. You’ll work in cutting-edge operating rooms with supportive, collaborative teams committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll help ensure turnover efficiency, support room readiness between cases, and participate in quality and safety initiatives that protect patients and staff alike. This position offers professional growth within the surgical tech discipline through exposure to diverse specialties, potential cross-training, and the chance to take on extended contracts or leadership-support roles as you demonstrate reliability and initiative.
