Role Specifics and Benefits: In this position, you will deliver core respiratory therapy services under physician oversight, including evaluation of respiratory status, administration of prescribed therapies (oxygen, aerosols, bronchodilators, airway clearance techniques, humidity therapy, and advanced modalities as appropriate), and the management of ventilated and non-ventilated patients. You’ll monitor patient responses, adjust treatments as directed, document progress, and communicate clearly with nurses, physicians, respiratory care leaders, and families to ensure coordinated care. This role emphasizes professional growth within the Respiratory Therapy specialty through exposure to a range of clinical scenarios, opportunities to refine critical thinking, and pathways toward additional certifications and advanced practice.
