Role Specifics and Benefits:
As a PCU RN, you’ll deliver expert care for adults with complex, evolving conditions who require continuous monitoring and rapid intervention. Your responsibilities include telemetry interpretation, IV therapy, medication administration, patient and family education, and close collaboration with physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation teams to orchestrate smooth transitions. You’ll participate in care planning, participate in rounds, and contribute to evidence-based practice improvements that enhance safety and outcomes.
