Capital Health Regional Medical Center
Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Registered Nurse in Electrophysiology, stationed in the vibrant state of New Jersey, with delightful opportunities to work across the United States. This role places you at the forefront of cardiac rhythm care, supporting complex electrophysiology procedures, helping patients regain rhythm and confidence in their lives, and expanding your expertise in a fast-paced, high-impact specialty. Picture yourself collaborating with skilled physicians, technicians, and nurses to deliver precise care—from pre-procedure assessments to post-procedure recovery—while advancing your proficiency in EP protocols, device management, and patient education. In New Jersey, you’ll experience a rich blend of urban energy and scenic escapes, where elegant riverfronts, historic towns, and a thriving arts scene meet a network of premier healthcare facilities. And as you grow, you’ll appreciate the beauty of New Jersey’s diverse landscapes—from the tranquil shorelines to lush parks and expansive trails—enhancing both your professional purpose and personal well-being.

Location benefits go beyond the hospital walls. Trenton places you in the heart of New Jersey’s capital, offering easy access to culture, cuisine, and outdoor recreation, with quick commutes to Philadelphia, New York City, and the Delaware River corridor. This assignment provides the stability of a dedicated contract while unlocking the possibility to work in other locations across the U.S., broadening your professional horizons and expanding your professional network. You’ll enjoy the advantages of working within a supportive healthcare ecosystem that values innovation, patient-centered care, and teamwork, coupled with the flexibility to experience new communities, healthcare systems, and EP lab environments. The region’s resources—renowned academic centers, well-established EP programs, and access to ongoing education—empower you to refine rhythm-management skills, device interrogation, ablation support, and peri-procedural care in real-world settings. Whether you’re drawn to coastal escapes, historic districts, or buzzing metro areas, this pathway offers rich experiences and meaningful connections that extend beyond your clinical responsibilities.

In this role, you’ll support a comprehensive electrophysiology program with responsibilities that emphasize both technical proficiency and compassionate patient care. Your day-to-day duties may include assisting EP physicians during electroanatomic mapping, ablation procedures, and device implant workflows, preparing and monitoring patients, managing sterile technique, and coordinating care across EP lab teams. You’ll participate in device interrogations, programming, and troubleshooting, while tracking patient progress, documenting procedures, and communicating post-procedure instructions. The position offers robust professional growth—through hands-on practice with state-of-the-art EP technologies, opportunities to pursue certifications, and mentorship from seasoned EP clinicians—allowing you to deepen expertise in arrhythmia management, pacemaker and ICD optimization, and complex EP case coordination. Competitive benefits accompany this role, including a lucrative weekly pay range of approximately $2,320 to $2,509 for guaranteed 40 hours, a pathway to contract extensions, and housing assistance to ease your transition to travel assignments. The program also provides attractive incentives and a structured onboarding experience, with 24/7 support from a dedicated travel team to address any needs that arise along the journey. You’ll be supported in balancing clinical excellence with personal growth, ensuring you remain energized and engaged throughout your assignment.

Our company is built on a foundation of empowering dedicated professionals and investing in your career trajectory. We are committed to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented work environment where your voice matters and your contributions propel you forward.
