Your core responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients for radiographic exams, operating digital radiography equipment, selecting appropriate techniques, using positioning aids, ensuring radiation safety for patients and staff, and maintaining image quality to meet radiology standards. You’ll collaborate with radiologists and physicians, document findings, and promptly escalate concerns. You’ll manage inventory, perform routine equipment checks, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
