Your key responsibilities include performing remote assessments, interpreting telemetry data, triaging symptoms, and coordinating timely escalation when on-site care is required. You’ll expertly document patient status, reconcile medications, and educate patients and families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and safety precautions.
