Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Radiology Multimodality Technologist in Clearlake, California, where every scan advances patient care and drives more accurate diagnoses. In this travel assignment you’ll operate across multiple imaging modalities—CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound—delivering precise studies in diverse clinical settings while your expertise guides the patient from intake to treatment. You’ll plan, perform, and optimize imaging with safety, efficiency, and compassion at the forefront, continually expanding your technical toolkit and professional visibility. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to shape diagnostic pathways while enjoying the rugged, sunlit beauty of Northern California. California’s landscapes—from towering redwoods and tranquil lakes to rolling hills and dramatic coastlines—offer inspiring backdrops that refresh your focus between shifts. When time allows, you can explore outdoor adventures, cultural offerings, and the vibrant food scene that characterize the region.
Clearlake itself combines a welcoming community with access to outdoor recreation, affordable living, and a pace that honors purpose. You’ll experience a climate that supports year‑round activity, plus proximity to wilderness and water adventures that recharge you after demanding days in imaging suites. And because travel assignments frequently span various locations across the United States, you’ll gain exposure to different imaging equipment, patient populations, and clinical workflows, building a versatile portfolio that enhances your career trajectory.
Role specifics and benefits: As the multimodality technologist, you’ll perform a spectrum of imaging procedures with attention to patient safety, comfort, and diagnostic quality. You’ll tailor protocols to obtain optimal images, administer contrast when required, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and ensure equipment calibration and quality assurance. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists to review findings, participate in QA/QC initiatives, and mentor teammates when opportunities arise. The position offers clear pathways for growth, including expanding into advanced imaging techniques, taking on shift leadership responsibilities, and contributing to protocol development and process improvements. Our compensation package features a competitive weekly pay range of $2,680–$2,764, a sign‑on or performance bonus, and housing assistance to ease relocation. There are extension opportunities on successful assignments, giving you continuity and the chance to deepen your expertise across sites. You’ll also receive comprehensive travel support, with 24/7 assistance from our dedicated team wherever your travels take you.
Company values: We are committed to empowering our staff, prioritizing career advancement and a supportive work environment. You’ll join a team that champions safety, curiosity, and professional autonomy, backed by operations partners who streamline credentialing, onboarding, housing, and site onboarding. We believe in recognizing your contributions, investing in ongoing education, and creating clear paths for leadership, teaching, or specialty expansion as you grow.
