This is more than a job—it's a meaningful opportunity to empower seniors to live with dignity and independence, supported by a team that values your clinical judgment and your ability to mentor others. While your work makes a profound difference, you’ll also have the chance to explore the beauty of New York State, from the peaceful charm of Waterloo to the scenic landscapes of the Finger Lakes and beyond, enjoying a region rich in history, culture, and outdoor possibilities.
Waterloo, New York, offers the best of small-town warmth with proximity to larger hubs. You’ll experience a welcoming community, great neighborhoods, nearby parks, waterfronts, and easy access to regional attractions. For those who love travel and professional growth, this role provides the flexibility to work across New York and select locations in the United States, exposing you to diverse facilities, patient populations, and care models. The opportunity to rotate through different campuses means you’ll continuously refine your leadership skills, broaden your clinical toolkit, and build a robust professional network while enjoying the variety that comes with meaningful, mission-driven travel assignments.
As an LTC Supervisor, your role centers on strong leadership and clinical excellence. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff across shifts, ensuring resident-centered care plans are accurate and current, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. You’ll oversee clinical governance, ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements, monitor quality indicators, and lead performance improvement initiatives. Your mentorship will empower licensed and unlicensed staff, supporting onboarding, continuing education, and skill development. You’ll conduct rounds, evaluate acuity, manage staffing needs, and partner with families to align expectations with care goals. The position offers a clear pathway for professional growth, with opportunities to deepen expertise in geriatric assessment, wound care, dementia care strategies, and regulatory preparedness—setting the stage for expanded leadership roles or specialty certifications within LTC leadership.
Our compensation and benefits are designed to attract and retain dedicated professionals. You will receive competitive weekly pay in the range of $1,985 to $2,126, reflecting your experience, credentials, and the scope of responsibilities. In addition to base compensation, we offer housing assistance to help you settle into new assignments with ease, and a tangible pathway to contract extensions that align with your career goals. A performance-based bonus structure may be available to recognize exceptional outcomes and leadership impact. You’ll work with a company that provides comprehensive support, including 24/7 assistance while you travel, dedicated field staff, and resources designed to help you navigate every assignment smoothly and efficiently. The program is designed to be flexible, with assignments lasting multiple weeks and the possibility of extending engagements based on facility needs and your preferences.
